Let go of Limiting and Negative Beliefs, Anxiety and Fear

This is a free women’s group that will meet every Thursday evening.  We get together and work through various issues including: limiting and negative beliefs, pain, worry, anxiety and fear, addictions, etc.  Any emotion that is preventing you from living a happy and authentic life can be reduced and in most cases eliminated, by delving into your unconscious through a short meditation and then releasing those emotions, beliefs, etc., through some form of art. This is for your personal healing and no-one needs to know what your issue is unless you feel the need to share.

You don’t need any art experience to reap the wonderful benefits of this type of therapy.

You can bring your own supplies or a $5 donation each week to use the in-house supplies.
